" Encounter Development Technologies Inc., a Colorado corporation (US.ENTI.PK),

yesterday obtained approval from the Colorado State Banking Board and

today filed the required amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with

Colorado's Secretary of State to change its name to "National Properties Trust" ("NPT").
