One more point, If a "REPO 105" is a nontransferable asset then the assets would be owned by the OBS.

A few cases accepted/settlements to be part of the OBS. Why would anyone want to be part of the OBS if they had a disputed/allowed claim that would/could be discharged?

Too many parties want to be apart of the OBS to dismiss. I'm sure CottonisKing understands.
