The stock is not trading with the court progress. Its strange...the discovery and court proceedings is showing this to be a slam dunk case. However, the market is trading the stock like it is a dead subject. Berk Inc. is buying with both hands. Warren Ross invested in Bank of Ireland. Hired Lockhart. Lockhart posted negative news on FNMA. My guess is Warren Ross is taking a position as well as Perm Watson. Anytime one of the insiders go on the negative, the other hand is buying. Time to wise up...wish the SEC would prosecute for stock manipulation. That would take to much effort to prove or cost to much in kick backs. IDK...seems someone should be looking after the shareholders. God protect our Judges and keep them clean and safe from evil men.
