New Wave seems "fluffy" my DD

I was digging through their site last couple days. I came across this page

Really made me start thinking. If this was a legit company, why would they still have a website maker template still on their site?

Their domain name was registered 03-06-2014, with godaddy.

They have a nice "copyright" on their site. Can anyone find it listed in http://www.copyright.gov, I cant.

CannabisCard, that they state to own. Is not registered as a Trade Mark either.

I searched business records of the current CEO. I can not find him listed anywhere for New wave prepaid. New wave is not even listed on the Nevada site.

What I do not understand, why would ADCS bother buying them? From my digging. I feel New wave has no income as of yet. I feel they do not even have the ability to offer any prepaid cards.

I dont see why ADCS could not have just made their OWN prepaid service? Instead of buying another start up company? If the company is even a real company.

I pulled out after my digging. I dont feel this company has anything to offer anymore. If anything I may play it as a quick flip. But long term, I would not expect much from them.

Only way they will make money from this "acquisition" is if someone buys their domain names from them.
