So would a Reverse/Split be good or bad for investors in this situation? I thought a forward split is often seen (among other things) as possibly being a good sign that a company needs shares to meet demand. However, new rules will soon dictate that companies wishing to maintain OTCQB status be worth at least .01 per share at least once each month.
