Got an update on the progress with the company so far. Kinda vague but take a gander

"Central has been in the midst of its restructuring over the past two weeks, and, as such, it has submitted numerous filings to various state and government agencies. Mike has still not received CONFIRMATION from these various agencies.

Inasmuch as the shareholders require news, it is not the company's position to release news to artificially or temporarily inflate the stock's value. The company's long-term shareholders can remain confident that all prior plans disclosed to the public are accurate and that the company's plan of operations is in tact and, more or less, on schedule."
