Well I agree with you. Every time we've hit a new high we've had a sell off. This can be seen in the chart. Every time we reach the new high the low that follows is higher than the previous low. For example the last major low we hit was around .022 the major low before that was in the upper end of .01 if the past is an indication of the future (and I believe it is) we'll be moving up again very soon.
