I'm with tradeking and they won't allow me to buy under the .01 mark.
believe me, I would have mortgaged my house to buy in at these levels. I actually just created an etrade acount just for the opportunity to buy at this level. Unfortunatly, I won't be funded in that account untill the end of next week. :(
