That depends on how you define "close" and "lots". I have speculated that "close" means about 9 months, and "lots" means at least $10 million on top of regular expenses.

I would venture to say that none of your CPAs had addresses in the Dominican Republic. At least 3 of the NVEI "consultants" do.

They are trying to stay off the radar screen and I do not believe it is because they are trying to screw us selling penny shares.

I don't either. Don't get me wrong. I do, however, at least recognize the possibility. I also think that they could communicate a bit more without spilling the beans if they are clever about what they say.
