I made a direct statement that a partner (ABC)could partner with pphm and pphm could agree in the partnership to hold ABC harmless with anything having to do with the current CA lawsuit. There could be money put aside or not in reserve to cover any possible outcomes but would not see that as necessary in this case as the CA has already been dismissed subject to amendments.

Seen it done many of times and have no idea what you are talking about. Also, not sure how insurance plays into it unless you are saying that ABC would require pphm to take out some type of new policy to protect their interest. Don't see that needed either.

let's just agree to disagree because we definitely fly at two different levels.
