Simple statement that PPHM shall hold partner harmless in the event the CA is not dismissed. Absolutely nothing but an excuse being used by Chris Keenen to hide the fact there is no progress on a partner or my thinking that whatever the big event "big collaboration as in Moonshot" or whatever requires complex coordination before releasing. How about bavi in collaboration with all companies with downstream agents. Or maybe the partnership is conditioned on an FDA approval like AA. Who knows but IMO the lawsuit is irrelevant. At this point in the proceedings, it is a gnat on an elephant's ass.
