On April 4, 2014, Mel Interiano resigned as the Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Evolucia Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Interiano’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
