Ah yes!

The usat way!

PR the crap out of everything. I have never seen a company PR a renewal of an existing agreement. Tell us oh pumping one, what are the dollars and cents of this agreement? Is this agreement perhaps another one of the usat specials where the customer has all the power? Is this like the "agreements" with the buying groups, where usat claims 45,000 connections but none ever materialize because members of a buying group are not obligated to use any agreements with vendors?

What happens if the customer wants to move to another service provider?

I'm guessing you don't know. Why? Because you don't care!
