This stock and REV O are scams...

I'm not saying you can't own em... Im not saying you can't trade em...

I just think that most MUST associate legitimacy to their holdings and there is no legitimacy here.

Solomon Ali,Vincent Guest, Earnest Delong, and Nicole Singletary are participants in a fraud squad...

They work together as at least 4 different "related parties" and transfer shares between them... Just look at the August "300 million share repurchase" from last year...

It was a transfer of shares between GEG (Earnest Delong and Nicole (the only two listed employees) and RAINCO) and UBRG...


Now... If you're good at math, and I assume you are...then you'd subtract 300 million from the O/S and wait for a Quarterly or annual or 8k to confirm your finger counting right?

Well... News JR...Their O/S actually climbed because they replaced those 300 million "repurchased" shares with notes and warrants THAT EXCEEDED 300 million shares...

Hmmmmm

Where was the PR on that little deal?
