Raggs, I agree it was a mistake.
The PPS at that time was 0004, thus IMO was a fat finger 004 buy. It wasn't canceled because the difference (1000 shares)was 40 cents vs 4 dollars.
Don't get me wrong I wish it was a signal to where it was going but IMO it's not.
I'm a long with lots of shares and when the PPS hits .05 I will retire for the third time.HAHA
