1) Does this mean that the next wave of dilution is going to be even more rapid?
2) Does this mean that they are concerned about potential common stock holder litigation aimed at their failure to fulfill their fiduciary responsibility to them and are gearing up for that battle with strongly worded warnings?
3) In either case, why reduce the AS level so significantly which only exacerbates the issues created by 1) and 2)?
Again, as with so many things this is a conundrum, that has an answer that escapes us.
