...now I know why larry loves me..................but today's comment relates to TIMBERLY TYSON.................should Ms. Tyson acknowledge in her update to the mouseTrader that, in fact, the FDIC is in the process of moving UWBKQ's BK to resolution and closure..........................VOILA!........

...validates the M-F/ing theory.......................hi larry...............the theory is that Guy entered into a STIPULATION which allows the FDIC direct access to OUR - OUR BK.........very cool......

...no comment on the distributions, if any.............but in the event that there are stipulation proceeds, number 8 gets HERS first...imagine that......some circular arrangement the FDIC engineers.............
