UTRM will reach new highs next week. IMO However, you don't want the company to launch the website if its not ready, i.e. ObamaCare website. The best thing to do is make sure there network can support mass traffic without crashing before launching or the stock will come down just as quick as it rises with the launch and then the crash. Build the website, test the website with heavy traffic, then launch the product. Easy peasy.
