WFWL's team of experts and having Ericsson on board as their vendor its likely they'll have a Model CITY signed within weeks and built out and operational generating revenues with 3-4 months.

It's not a matter of IF but WHEN they get a CITY.

Each City will add anywhere to $.50-$1.50 per share based on Population, Businesses, Visitors (commuters) & Tourism.
