Good points all. The difference here is that Hydra Fuel Cell made a fully functional stack they called the Hydra 5000 and it can be used to power a pretty good sized home. As you said these guys got hit hard by a lawsuit (which they won but "winning" cost them an awful lot, reportedly a million or so). I think similar to PLUG or any of the fuel cell stocks a big part of the issue was lack of real demand for so many years which is why there was a gap of five years or so between then and seeming to get anything going. It is pretty obvious that so many of these companies that seemed to come alive just in the last six months are doing so because there is now actually real demand instead of people sitting around commenting how interesting and wonderful the technology could be but not buying (kind of like tire kickers at a car dealership). I think the market for HFCO is likely to be quite a bit different from that of PLUG since the Hydra 5000 is aimed at the residential market. If the patents are worth their salt this little company could be worth an awful lot of money. I hear the people screaming scam and have done my investigating enough to convince me to lay down some money here. I will probably add every time I take some profits elsewhere. I don't listen to other people who scream either "scam" or "going to the moon," I do my own research. GLTA
