Really??? this is what we are stuck on... lol

He can't retire shares that are already owned....he could only cancel the 30B Reg 1-A shares IF he hasn't sold them already....and there is no way he hasn't already sold them seeing how much they have already made so far off the retail investor.

The only thing he could do is reduce the A/S from 100B to 45ish Billion....and that would have no real effect on the stock except that people could see that the dilution is over, but 60B shares held in the open market by penny traders is INSANE already!
