But only meeting five months every two years must cut down on the corruption. Heck our legislature meets Christmas Eve and New Years Eve and does some of its best work I've been told. Can Texas take a Federally funded $2.3 billion project and make it into a $15 billion project? Not meeting as infrequently as that they can't.
