This is an obvious scam with all the paid for pumping.The only question is who are the people that are paying to be able to dump free shares?Also I guess the company wanted in on the dump fest being they just filed a reg d.Think about why they are selling such "valuable" shares at such a "discount" to where this traded before all the shares were issued to scam players..
