Wonder how much of the increase will see the float?
This isn't my strongest subject so I don't really get it.
Ok so they bumped up their authorized shares by 10%.
Wonder why? Originally I thought it was because they needed
To be fully diluted to sell, but they could have been fully dilute
with a smaller authorized just as well. Trying to raise money?
If so for what? At this point the company is ready to sell and if
I were on BOD one would think you would want as few shares as possible
out there.
Hmmmm
Help me out.
