The April 18 date ( Texas court case against Peter) is more important, than the May 15 date for release of the bogus financials IMO.

We know the financials are not audited and have been window dressed over the years to be effectively useless. This is a pinky stock remember, do not make the mistakes that their is significant regulation or even standards of reporting required.

Also remember, that the new management: Kerry, Jason, and the Arizona CFO are all part-time absentee hired hands who will say and do anything Peter states. Not much confidence in their recent accomplishments considering their forward looking statements, two missed up divys, and the uncontrolled rapid dilution of A/S.
