Still waiting on the Japanese deal (or no deal)
Selling a product called HJOE before the movie deal and prior to the use of the HJOE name was approved seems a little premature, but than again announcing a ten million dollar deal, than stating the fine print says it needs to be approved is also a little premature, wouldn't you agree?
What if they don't approve it Lux, because you stated awhile back just a formality with the Japan FDA equivalent than its a go, seems this routine formality is taking a wee bit longer than anticipated since the announcement was months ago. (in fact I really question how things are run with these guys, I read the print up about the deal, didn't see the disclaimer that said maybe (I'm certain many others who bought in didn't know about the "maybe" clause but put faith in what the PR said as being truthful)
