automatically since the business liscence was set to expire on 3/31?
Maybe Clark doesn't care about NV SOS anymore because the company conducts all its business in Florida?
On 3/31 Clark filed a late filing notice with an expected date of 4/14 for the
release of the financials, so it just doesn't make sense that on the same date
he would go ahead and file a notice for company's dissolution also.
Just less than two weeks ago he reinstated TGGI with Nevada SOS, so i am
sure he wasn't just planning on reinstating TGGI only to dissolve it after
two weeks.
