It sounds confusing and yes their PRs grammar and spelling suck, however if you can overlook all that feb 21 is the day that finra has the divy of record and approved "for them" and march 22 is the first day that TLNUF would be able to distribute or pay out the divy themselves. At least that's the way i see it after some good dd and btw they filed feb 10th so an approval of the new cusip # shortly after makes since.
