Andy doesn't want the PPS to increase too much...WHY? Because then he would have to contend with a ton of flippers selling at the same time his Reg1-A "family and friends" are trying to sell! Its really that simple!! We are coming up on 2 months since the initial MJ PR and the stock hasn't gone over .0005 with tons of PR's and paid promotions! He could announce a huge PR and the PPS wouldn't increase by much due to the huge amount (billions) of shares in the market along with the huge amount left to be sold into the 100 billion A/S!!
