I'll take a stab at this

Per the Nevada SOS, the officers listed are Farias and Price

If you google Farias, you come up with Integrity Aviation & Leasing
http://occidentaldevelopmentgroup.com/?page_id=38

Integrity Aviation and Leasing is already owned by another public company OXDG

If you look at the advisory board on Farias' website, you come across Matthew Marsenison
http://occidentaldevelopmentgroup.com/?page_id=11

If you then look at SEC.gov and look up Turbine Aviation, you get this
http://secsearch.sec.gov/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&affiliate=secsearch&query=turbine+aviation
-refer to the first link

Turbine Aviation is a holding company that sold $2.8 million via a 506 offering to 16 qualified investors in Sept 2013. It is also noted revenues for this holding company is between $5 - $25 million

If you now go back to GLGT's Nevada SOS profile, the annual list was filed on March 31, 2014 and then an amendment was made on April 1, 2014 to change the company name to Turbine Aviation and replace the old management with Victor Farias and David E Price.

I don't think anyone has come across the actual site yet for Turbine Aviation. All we have now is a lot of DD suggesting a big r/m in the works for GLGT

GLGT is a featured listing here:
http://www.mergernetwork.com/for-sale/glgt-great-public-shell-just-k/343648.htm
-please note the following:

A domestic private company can take advantage of Regulation 506 D and give accredited investors a clear liquidity strategy! You can complete a Reg. 506 D offering before or after you merge with and into our corporate shell. We will then help you file a resale registration statement, SEC Form S-1. If you have 35+ shareholders, business plan, and audited financials, we can help you get a market maker to file Form 211 with FINRA to get stock symbol, apply for CUSIP # and get trading in the Over-the Counter Marketplace such as the OTC Markets (Pink Sheets).

And finally if you pull up the Florida SOS website, you see that Matthew Marsenison has an active company called Turbine Aviation (actually 2 companies - 1 holding and 1 management). Just cause GLGT is incorp in NV doesn't mean that our business has to be located there:
