Any new shares issued is dilution unless they have been repurchased and are in the treasury. Just because some shares are restricted for a time period doesn't mean it's not dilution. It still increased the number of pieces of pie. Just because some pieces of the pie are frozen and can't be eaten, doesn't mean they will not defrost in time. Maybe it doesn't reduce the prince per share immediately but it will eventually. This is ridiculous! I told you they went current just to keep the bid up. Now were back to square one with a lot more shares out there. Eventually, operations needs to fund growth. Do we have ANY operations?
