Man this stuff is good.

Robert Schwartz - a current Board Observer. Board Observer, funny. Nice to see his name and title finally pop up after all these years.

Mr. Robert Schwartz, who individually owns less than 5% of our common stock.
Individually being a key word here especially considering this:

G & A Capital exercised their Warrant to purchase 496,277,915 shares of our common stock. As of the date of this Registration Statement, G & A Capital does not own any shares of our common stock. Mama Mia. G & A had 500M shares and now they have 0! Where's The Beef? Robert Schwarz has less than 10M shares and the officers have about 140M. What happened to the remaining 350M shares G & A had?

Mr. Schwartz verbally agreed to hold in confidence all information provided to him. Funny, verbally agreed; what, he wouldn't sign anything?

I'm glad to see the SEC said, "Hold your horses," but there still seems to be some grey area regarding the role of G & A and the Board Observer. G & A Capital selected Robert Schwartz - a current Board Observer - to serve in that role and appointed him for a term of 5 years ending May 15, 2016. This says G & A selected Mr. Schwarz in 2011. That's good to know.

Doc says they have one shot at making this right with the SEC. With their SEC legal advisers alongside, one would assume this would fulfill the legal requirement requested to get the heat off their backs, but it seems to me the questions just shifted a little.
