one doesn't "expunge" majority-holders…they-get-BOUGHT-out….at-a-PREMIUM

this isnt a disappearing trick.its a money thing…….AND

if the control freak doesn't want to go…..HE STAYS

a SHAREHOLDER has rights… CANNOT be FORCED to sell….. although shares can be CANCELLED upon certain circumstances(BK/suspension)
