there are literally hundreds of examples, but lets just take one:

cybertel over the years has PR'd "agreements" with many prestigious names [microsoft, etc]
meanwhile 10's of B's of shares were dumped, and they went through a 1 for 500, plus a 1 for 1000 RS

did their PR'd "association" with microsoft, et. al. make them more credible/honorable?
