CP et al...the initial explanation was that the labeling data base was created with the switches baked in. It was a set it and forget it database. No one else was needed to facilitate any other debauchery regarding the labels. I bet a thumb drive was "provided" that had the what I will call a virus which inserted its own code to the data base then erased its own existence.
