Bear Sterns believes the video-on-demand proposition is increasing following industry conversations and the recent announcement by Fox to distribute moves simultaneously via DVD and video-on-demand. As a result the broker is lowering assumptions for box office and home video and ratings for the following stocks: NFLX downgraded to Peer Perform from Outperform, tgt cut to $26 from $32; BBI downgraded to Underperform from Peer Perform, tgt to $3.00 from $4.50; and CKEC cut to Underperform from Peer Perform, tgt to $19 from $21.
