hasher, I know you are trying to be helpful <g>, but are you, perchance, giving legal advice? Down here you have to be a law'yur to do that. Besides, citations would be nice. And then there is the matter that gotmilk might be a Canuk, Digr is one, but the alleged slander is on the internet, but with the server located in the States.
