DPDW 10Q for 1st quarter 2009 due date

Since DDI is now an accelerated filer, I think this applies-

On September 5, 2002, the SEC published the final rules providing for accelerated filing
deadlines for Forms 10-K and 10-Q over a three year phase-in period. The 10-K deadline will
remain 90 days in the first year of the phase-in period, becoming 75 days for the second year and 60
days for the third year and thereafter. The 10-Q deadline will remain 45 days for the first year,
becoming 40 days for the second year and 35 days for the third year and thereafter. The phase-in
period will begin with fiscal years ending on or after December 15, 2002.

So by my calculations that puts us at Due (no later than) May 5th plus 10 day allowable expension to May 15th

After close on May 1 would be my preference if it has some good numbers in it.
