Various quote providers use different ways of showing the montage of Level 2.

Some use blended (OTCBB and Pink Sheets feeds mixed); ADVFN uses straight from the exchange based on what it's listed on (OTCBB OR Pink Sheets). I'm going to do some comparisons myself next week and see which seems more accurate.
