There aren't any posters on the TCLL board that have the first clue what's going on.

Well, maybe two of them.

One poster had the smarts to make sure they were still doing business by running a credit check on the company: #msg-24100009

The other poster that's speculating globally on VAT payment wins via the courts, that's nice macro-level thinking, but it's up to the company and their little micro world to get something done to get that recovery.

From what I can tell, they have been waiting for others to go through the legal expense to see some legal precedent set so that their recovery would be easier to get.

Not a bad strategy if yout think about it -- let some other entity spend the bucks on lawyers and court time... then once it's clear that there are legal grounds upon which to get their VAT recovery, go pick the low hanging fruit....

meanwhile, scoop up all the shares that people are selling...

...and quietly issue a one-time dividend once the VAT recovery is made....

being a non-filer makes this very non-transparent and easy... if you have the information and you aren't sharing any of that with the marketplace...
