OT: Sentinel: Since it is so important to you, I was wrong about future downward pressure on the share price 7.5 months ago. I believe the context of the "downward pressure" comment was the pending registration of conversion shares that was supposed to happen by June 30, 2003, but to date has not occurred with no official explanation from the company, other than RP supposedly telling people that the holders of the Series D Convertibles have not wanted them to be registered. The registration remains pending.
