Here's the summary I sent to the SEC attorneys a few hours ago.

To: Attorneys for the SEC vs Conversion Solutions

I hope that it's okay to send you a personal email. Don't worry I
don't plan to send repeated emails to your private address.

Are you aware that the CEO of Conversion Solutions, Rufus Harris, was
on Internet Radio this evening claiming the following:

There are a couple major lies:
1. That he promised each share-holder 15 dollars per share using money
from a letter-of-credit.
2. He admitted reporting false statements in a company PR that
overestimated the shares owned of his stock. This is part of his claim
that shares are "counterfeited." Here is a link to the document that
he admits knowing was false when it was issued as a press release:
http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/060920/clw093.html?.v=23

Here's a list of more of his comments:
1. That the judge, in the case you were involved in, told him he
recently got 4 SEC attorneys fired.
2. That all the SEC attorneys were incompetent and had not done any
due diligence before bringing him before the court.
3. That he had not met too many smart attorneys.
4. He invited CNN to his court appearance on the 7th.
5. He laughed about murdering the owner (Timothy Miles) of the
our-street.com website that has helped expose his fraud.
6. People are trying to break into his home.
7. He claims a 4 four billion dollar line of credit is coming in
tomorrow (10/27/06).
8. That the Prince of Dubai, and his family, has promised him money.
He said the agreement was with a handshake. They offered him a
phenomenal amount of money, any amount Rufus wants. (This is normal
behavior for him, earlier this week he said bonds were pouring in).
9. He claims if you were doing your job, you would have read and
verified all the documents that he claims are filed with the Georgia
Supreme Court that he claims totally verifies all his stories.
10. He claims a letter of credit is income.
11. Their are people in the Pentagon in D.C. that can confirm they
introduced him to the Central Bank in Venezuela for the bonds that he
received from them.

Here is another PR that appears to be totally fraudulent, there's no
history of any of these companies or transactions:

And numerous more ridiculous and insulting comments.

I'm sure this "interview" will be rebroadcast many times.
