(It's so unremarkable looking I didn't even take pics either trip there.)
C-mon Ficose, we know, we saw em'. Sarcastic Ol' Dog.
Remember how that online stock mag said you were directly responsible for that nearly 500% jump in PPS just by posting a link to your pics of Colorado Goldfields POW Mill and the surrounding buildings, lol. That hasn't suddenly slipped your mind has it? LMAO!
Keep em' for real shareholders viewing pleasure and forget the rest.
Nice video work on your last visit too I might add. Videos of the company actually installing a new water line is priceless. Keep those for all to enjoy at Miners Tavern over a cold one.
I've got to go up this summer, no doubt about it.

Take it to the next level, the SEC.
If one feels CGI and its stock CGFIA are designed to pad the pockets of its company officers while ripping off investors and shareholders alike, then why not take it to the next level and report it to the SEC? Why toss accusations on this board against those insiders while hiding behind an alias day after day? Do something about it. Just posting your opinion on this board accomplishes nothing and verges on the edge of slander.
Start here and remain anonymous just as you do on this board. Go for it, knock yourself out: You can reach the Office of the Whistle blower at (202) 551-4790 or one can toot his/her horn here: http://www.sec.gov/complaint/tipscomplaint.shtml
Otherwise anything you post about Colorado Goldfields Inc. and its stock CGFIA is 100% conjecture. It's no different than the next users post. Keep it real and help the common investor the best way possible by filing a report to the SEC. This is not a game, hard earned money and possible life savings and or retirement funds are at stake here. So do us all a solid and Take it to the next level, the SEC.

The DRMS holds the keys to Colorado Goldfields Inc. and the entire operation. Its in their hands now and thats indisputable.
Remember, do your own DD on CGI and its stock CGFIA. Form your own opinion. Its your money and only you control what to invest in or what not to invest in.
Junior gold explorers represent a vital component of the global gold supply chain. These small companies take on the arduous task of discovering and developing many of the next-generation gold deposits. Without them, the gold markets would be in complete disarray and the large miners would be scrambling to backfill their project pipelines.
But regardless of their significance, junior golds have long operated under the radar for most investors. While exploring for gold seems exotic and adventurous, the reality is it is an unglamorous and highly-risky business that only attracts the most hardcore entrepreneurs and rock-jocks.
From an investment perspective these “start-up” companies are unproven, with more of them likely to fail than succeed. These companies don’t generate any revenues, and they burn capital at an incredibly fast rate. Those who’ve invested and/or speculated in these junior golds until recent were a rare breed, risk junkies.
But with gold in the midst of a powerful secular bull market, investors have developed more of an appetite for juniors in recent years. The risks haven’t gone away, but at $1500 gold the rewards of being part of a big discovery are more enticing than ever. And with gold’s future still wildly bullish, more and more investors are willing to finance gold exploration in hopes of striking it rich.
Unfortunately many investors have been constrained in their ability to own shares of these companies, running into quantity and quality issues. Toward the beginning of the bull, there just weren’t that many good juniors to choose from considering the damage done by the previous bear market. Now there are so many to choose from investors feel overwhelmed, inundated with hundreds of juniors touting their projects as the bee’s knees.
It has become quite the challenge wading through the masses to find those quality companies that actually have a shot at succeeding. It’s even more intimidating since the average investor just doesn’t understand metallurgy or geological nomenclature. It takes a lot of work for non-professionals to understand the machinations of this sector, and even more work to undertake the research required to make intelligent trading decisions.

Actually there are more processing orders than what you have posted still waiting for the POW mill to open. These orders are from near by claim owners who have vested interest in Colorado Goldfields Inc. so they wait just as shareholders are waiting. At 300 tons per day thats almost half the daily processing amount the mill can handle.
Big $$$$$ just sitting there waiting to be trucked to the POW Mill, another win win situation for all.
Theres so much more DD and its great to see these old PR's being brought back to the surface to remind longs and new investors of the potential this company has coming.
Thanks for reminding us.
Sieg
Made for an interesting CGFIA/DRMS day.
Watching the process and actions by Colorado Goldfields Inc. and their Expert Witnesses vs. the Department of Reclamation Mining and Safety with Erickson's EPA Team was definitely a learning experience. The one thing that got me was it seemed there was a lot more verbatim and formalities than there was actual testimony. I guess thats the politics of getting a Junior Mining Co. up and running?
The quick tour around the Denver Downtown area and lunch with Ficose afterwords was almost as entertaining........almost, HA! When this finally gets going I look forward to meeting a lot more of the CGFIA longs.
Sieg
Its been a tough battle with the majority being proper paper work filed with the DRMS. The POW Mill was someone else's mess and its been us and CGI paying for the reclamation, the bonding, the detailed work required, the studies etc, etc. This is not some pipe dream or scam, its as real as real gets and it takes time and money to do it all.
I recommend any and all who can get there this summer to go see for yourself what has been done, take a Jeep tour, enjoy the historic railroad and the majestic mountains surrounding the entire area. After all, its your money funding this operation and you have the right to see where its being used.
The Town of Silverton Welcomes You.

Side note: My daughter is having my second grandchild in the morning (A Girl), I'll be out all day Monday/Today. Have a great Monday, see you soon.
Absolutely, thats a huge advantage over tailing ponds.
De-watering tailings to higher degrees than paste produces a filtered wet (saturated) and dry (unsaturated) cake that can no longer be transported by pipeline due to its low moisture content. These filtered tailings are normally transported by conveyor or truck, deposited, spread and compacted to form an unsaturated tailings deposit. This type of tailings storage produces a stable deposit requiring no retention bunding and is referred to as ‘dry stack’.
A typical moisture content of less than 20% is achieved by using a combination of belt, drum, horizontal and vertical stacked pressure plates and vacuum filtration systems. The term ‘dry cake’ or ‘dry stack’ is not entirely correct as the tailings have a moisture content several percent below saturation. However, this terminology has been adopted by regulators and designers.
Like with thickened and paste tailings, the mechanical dewatering process compared to conventional slurry deposition increases costs. Producing wet and dry cake further increases this cost particularly if high throughputs are required. However, some of the many advantages to using dry stacking of tailings are:
•Can be used in areas where water conservation is critical and any water losses can jeopardize plant performance.
•Dry stacking is suited to areas of high seismic activity as the construction of retention embankments is prevented.
•For cold climates, dry stacking prevents pipe freezes and frosting problems with conventional impoundments.
•Groundwater contamination through seepage is virtually eliminated.
•Filtered tailings allow better recovery of dissolved metals and process chemicals (e.g. gold and cyanide).
Dry stack facilities are also easier to close and rehabilitate, require a smaller footprint compared to other surface tailings storage options (i.e. higher density), can be utilized in aggressive environments (e.g. undulating and steep terrain) and generate better regulator and public perceptions of tailings storage.
Also, dry stacking materials or waste can be removed by truck and deposited at predetermined areas or used to back fill open pits thus leaving the processing area clear of any visible waste and leaving the surrounding environment in a pristine condition.
Just another example of CGI keeping it real.
Sieg
I agree, CGI gets the POW Mill open and the State
gets the mill property and connecting water storage areas taken care of with updated manageable processes. CGI has already installed water monitoring devices above and below the mill property with new and leading technology and the list goes on and on. A complete benefit for the State of Colorado. Other Junior Mining Companies looking to advance in their own start up processes are watching this relationship between CGI and the DRMS closely. The EPA is very enthused with the work thats already been completed.
Correct you are Odega and Welcome to the IH CGFIA Board.

Please, do not respond to this post as it may also be reported as a TOS Violation.
Thanks.

I hear that Brendan. Remember this:
The Company received an endorsement from Colorado State Senator Bruce Whitehead who in a meeting with Company management stated, "Colorado Goldfields is positioned to become an economic driver in our community with the real near term possibility of generating over 150 new jobs in the Silverton mining district alone."
http://money.cnn.com/news/newsfeeds/articles/marketwire/0595420.htm
How many State Senators endorse what some would like you to believe is a scam that is only designed to pad the pockets of those in charge? What State Senators appointed Press Agent would allow their boss to endorse a mining company such as Colorado Goldfields Inc. without investigating it first to ensure it's not a scam designed to pad the pockets of its CFO & CEO?
And that is just.............. keeping it real.
Sieg
We all know what we have here, I take that back.
Ficose, you and I and 98% of the users of this board know what CGI is all about and have known for some time now. Its plain to see as you said "an open book" and I will add to that "done by the book". Public filings are executed better than many of these so called mining stocks. Let me ask this: Do any of those so called mining stocks give out the private home address of their CFO as place of business, hell no but Guyer does, he ain't hiding nothing from nobody. We've met him several times, I have more than most in front of the DRMS with doors closed I might add.
We have some major players involved here. Sure its a gamble just as the majority of penny/sub-penny stocks are but what its not is fake or a scam as some may claim it is. Its is not a game to pad the pockets of Guyer and Rice, its Guyers livelihood, he is in this "DO OR DIE" and is fighting a huge battle to get mining back in Silverton where the reserves are documented and awaiting to be had by CGI. Remember all the core samples taken years ago, excellent results. CGI is REAL people, as REAL as it gets.
And that my friends is only "a sample of the real story", no fluff, no BS, just keeping it real.

Thats what I call DD, excellent job 567!
So much work required by the DRMS has been issued, completed and documented as such. Plainly there for any slightly intelligent reader to dissect in forming their opinion about Colorado Goldfields Inc. After going through all of this one can easily have the opinion that theres no turning back and CGI is as real as it gets.
Thanks for all the work, time and effort you freely divulge.

Trivial yes but you never answered any of my questions directly.

it looks like cgfia has been basically going nowhere from may 2010
A 562 page 40lb. AM-03 delivered to the DRMS less than two weeks ago proves different: http://www.cologold.com/uploads/M-1984-049_AM-03_Complete.pdf
There are many, many documented environmental studies along with required and completed workmanship also documented as complete and approved by the DRMS. All of which took hours upon days, months and years to complete. Add in the amount of time the DRMS took to review and approve all this and you have a ton of time spent. Its all plain to see with a little digging. IMO I would have to disagree with your assessment. That is unless you have documented, solid evidence to change my mind?
I would also like to add that CGI has submitted a plan for drystacking therefore removing the need for a leaching pond.
I would like to know what your refering to as:
Nope, sold out a long time ago.
By checking the GTHR PPS history it looks like there was plenty of opportunities to make some $$$ over the last year or two. Many ups and downs with a couple big spikes. Haven't checked for any RS filings but this did hit .20 a few times, from .02 end of DEC. and up to .20 just this month would have been great to grab those shares. Missed it, oh well can't win em' all. Maybe I'll keep an eye on this and wait for a new bottom then get back in for a few baggers?

With the amount of documentation and amendments filed it's very clear why we have endured such a long quiet time. Guyer has been busting his butt getting this completed. Think of the time it took just to review the entire permit amendment application as to not miss anything, unreal.
I'm laughing at the poor DRMS soul who had to mark all 526 pages as received!
This sure gives power to the saying "do your DD" or "I'm sure its covered in the AM-03". HA!!!

I'm here Brother. Just lurking CGFIA and IHUB.
Don't have much to add for the CGFIA discussion during these quiet periods so I just monitor the board when online (Mod duties) and do DD for possible in & out power plays. Have a decent crowd I follow on IHUB and who manage to do very well on their picks. Manage to check the CGFIA board 4 or 5 times a day and just before crashin' every night reading everything posted. Waiting like we all are, adding to my CGFIA stack when MM's let me.

Couldn't agree more.
I noticed what you posted two weeks ago, just figured I'd leave it up to each IHUB user to decide for themselves by providing the link. Product may fit my needs and living situation.
Besides the benefits of the product being smokeless and less harmful on my lungs it would also allow me to use MMJ in my condo without the wicked woman that lives above me calling the property management and complaining that smoke is coming from my condo at which the HOA frowns upon and considers unlawful according to Federal Laws and included in my purchaser agreement.
My only concerns are "how does it smell" and at what concentration levels does it come in?
I'm an (AKA) above knee amputee and experience very painful phantom pains along with massive nerve damage in my other leg which leaves me with a wheelchair permanently attached to my ass.
As a MMJ card holder in Colorado I have found that MMJ has allowed me under the guidance of my pain specialist to reduce my daily Morphine dosage from 200mg. a day to 80mg. a day, only if I leave the confines of my condo to smoke which by the way is illegal in CO. I do have the option of using MMJ edibles but I find that method not as precise as choosing lab tested MMJ for quality and THC levels plus the almost immediate feeling of the effects as with edibles it takes some amount of time for the dose to "kick in" and by then I may have eaten more than necessary. I'm not looking to get buzzed or wasted, I'm looking for relief and this product may be just what I'm looking for.
Keeping my eye on this one for an investment opportunity and usage.

Yep Balamidas, thats the exact article the last couple posts pertain to. At the bottom of the page is the "Legal Privacy Policy" we have also posted about and where you will find this statement:
I believe CGFIA falls into that manipulation category.
Its very apparent and plain to see that some form of manipulation is going on here. Toss in the never ending supply of CGFIA shares available and you have the perfect set-up for market maker manipulation. They can't keep their sticky fingers off of CGFIA. Its far too tempting, such as the amount of shares snagged @ .0001 on Tuesday, somewhere in the amount of 100million. Wonder who was lucky enough to grab those for $10K? Hmmmmm..... highly doubt it was anyone on this board.
Something all interested investors should do. READ THE DISCLAIMER!
A good practice with any tout, write up or non-official news release....READ THE DISCLAIMER or in this case what Washington Financial Times calls theirs a "LEGAL PRIVACY POLICY". I wouldn't doubt if they were selling into yesterday and today. Wonder how many followers they have?

I'm here a lot hovering/lurking in the shadows.
Waiting like the rest of us. Rarely as of late do we get any juicy and new relevant CGI news or information, so for me.....the board is very boring. We have DD'ed ourselves out. There are several subjects in-line and until we get news of those developments the board continuously fills with bickering. Its understandable in nature for some to feel slighted during this time and it gets just as old to read as does the optimistic posts.
I take it all in stride and am willing to wait it out but refuse to whine about it. It accomplishes nothing and only ruins ones complete attitude. Not only on IHUB but to our daily over all outlook. People with healthy attitudes tend to live longer and enjoy being a participant in life, its just the opposite for those who only speak with constant complaining and will never own up to putting themselves in that position. I prefer staying healthy and basically have put my worries about CGFIA on the top shelf while we wait. I still believe CGI will be a success and pay off in the long run. Sure its taken longer than expected but many of those factors are out of the companies hands and control, so what else is there to do but wait patiently or bail. I have a feeling I'm not the only IHUB user that feels this way, in fact I know I'm not.
Until then..........oh well and what will be, shall be.
Peace be with you and yours V67.
