Thats still a debate around Denver today.
Keep him or trade em'? Word is Manning isn't too excited about the idea of being a QB/Teacher for Tebow. The Tebow freaks (mostly women) are crying hard today, they see Tebow just as he is, a stand up, good looking young man with great religious beliefs and a strong desire to succeed. All fantastic tangibles but not exactly NFL QB qualities or with natural skills. Tebow has done more for the Denver community than any other athlete in a very short amount of time, yet another great quality. The Tebow fanatics see only those which I mentioned above and they are blind to the fact that this is a business with one goal in mind...... winning the Superbowl ASAP.
IMO the Broncos will shop Tebow who was a first round pick (big mistake) for possible trades that involve filling spots that are needed for a "Manning Type Team" that which includes a couple Wide Receivers, a passing game Tight End and maybe a third down pass catching Running Back. Word is the Broncos are just getting started and there are many more moves on the team roster to be addressed.
Personally, as a 35 year Bronco fan that held season tickets for Elways entire career, I like the move and not once felt Tebow was the QB of the future for Denver. I had a hard time listening/seeing all the hype of last year when the Broncos received more luck in one year than ever before in winning those games while many gave far too much credit directly to Tebow.
I'm optimistic with this Manning deal and wish Tebow "good luck" wherever he may go.
Sieg
Breaking News! Broncos sign Manning. Trade Tebow.
Just announced on Denver news channels. Broncos in process of signing Manning and will put Tewbow up for trade.
Yeeehaww!

He thinks he does but personaly... no.
Its all about winning it (Superbowl) this year and with the Bronco's having the 2nd. toughest schedule in the NFL it will be a major challenge for any QB let alone Manning.
http://kdvr.com/2012/02/13/nfl-predictions-predicting-the-denver-broncos-second-toughest-2012-schedule/
Coach Fox is a running game man but last year showed he's willing to change his history and make team adjustments for what fits the teams style of play. Does this mean if they sign Manning the air game will open even further? Who knows but with the leagues leading rushing game and an air attack that Manning can provide the Broncos just might be a team to recon with. Thats IF they sign Manning.

A few nice buys coming in.

Denver media going nuts over Manning.
Local news here in Denver just cut in with "The Peyton Manning Watch" to show John Elways private jet taking off from DIA to meet with Manning to "work out with him".
The buzz around here is just as crazy as the Tebow circus earlier in the season.
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2012/football/nfl/03/16/peyton.manning.broncos.ap/index.html
With $50 million under the salary cap this year the Bronco's are making a big play in trying to get the 14 year pro to sign. We shall see. 12:00 news just started and the headlines open with Elways jet landing with an offer of 5 years at $60 million.
"Waitin' for Peyton" in Denver. How crazy can it get?

the same officers and insiders
?
Since one mentions CGFIA insiders almost daily without explanation of who these insiders are, then one must never assume that which is incapable of proof. Therefore it is my belief the use of the word insider in association with CGFIA is unwarrented and lacking sincerity.
The Officers of CGFIA have impeccable reputations for following the rules that govern and I highly doubt they would jeopardize their business preeminence over a sub penny stock or anything for that matter. All one needs to do is email/call Guyer or Rice about CGFIA the stock and examine the results for a factual conclusion.

FWIW, when IH Admin remove a post for a TOU Violation, it can't be restored by anyone other than an IH Admin upon review request.
The exception to that rule is when an assistant board Mod removes another assistant board Mods post for a TOU Violation then and only then can another assistant board Mod or the original Mod and author of said post restore it.
What CGFIA has done to acquire properties, the mill, claims and so on has been accomplished using the exact same plan of business any start up public company has. Its nothing new or against the law, its just the way this sort of business plan and opportunity works. Many and I say MANY companies have succeeded using the exact same formula. Basic business principles apply here.
When we fill out a credit application and it says "do you own or rent your home" we check the "own" box even though we have a long term mortgage on it. Same thing here with CGFIA. So easy to understand for 99% of us.
Do your own DD and the truth will turn to gold right before your eyes.

CGI has just about conquered the mountains of required reclamation projects the DRMS put before them and its understandable with the time taken why some can't grasp the facts of how much has actually been done and marked as completed by the State.
The only help I/we can offer those who feel CGFIA is "just another pinky scam" is to provide assistance by posting precise DD and/or a link to where one can seek correct justice.
The DD is on this board daily, no doubt about it, spot on without deception. The latter of which is to provide this link for which one can seek SEC assistance in proving ones point or assumption. Be proactive with ones final decision on CGFIA instead of wasting personal time.
Just trying to help.

Some see CGFIA one way (Positive) & some see CGFIA another way (Non-Positive) with the debate being between relevant correct informational content and non-relevant incorrect informational content. Fairness applies here. One shouldn't feel slighted at all. I enjoy reading everyones opinion on CGFIA.
In the last four years so much has been accomplished, the list is long and heavy (50 +/- lbs. ;) At this point I just want to see this succeed and really feel terrible for those who feel strung along with promises not kept timely enough. The CEO's have a lot riding on this and have involved many to support the effort and thats why I continue to buy and hold. Sometimes its very difficult to understand ones opinions as if its an excuse or an accusation or both?
Sieg
"I have my doubts any millings going to happen in 2012 in any productive way."
Perhaps one has forgotten the $15 Million in standing orders for ore processing CGFIA has in its possession? Also, Director of Operations John Ferguson (the last man to operate the mill) has stated that very little work (an updated electrical/power supply) is needed to start the mill at full speed. Minor details compared to whats been accomplished with the overall reclamation so far.
"AND one of their properties has some tailings to mill, cgfia may be able to mill something this year. Stranger things have happened" See above sentence:
"maybe at least pumping the merger news can push cgfia pps to .005, which is better than .0001" That would make for a huge increase in PPS and a mighty fine start!
Sieg
My point is to not mislead anyone into thinking CGI is going overboard with promotional costs and why they do use the same avenues as 99% of all public companies to raise funding for accomplishing the many, many required processes on their way to becoming a successful company. What I post is true to the word. Simple, nothing more. They get it and thats all that matters to me.
GO CGFIA!!!!
Sieg
Big paid promos? $15,000 in 08 on Emergingissuer.com, that money came from Guyer and Rices own pockets. CGI is more focused on getting the job at hand finished than pumping the stock. We know what their doing and the educated shareholders on this board post those accomplishments everyday. Besides, out of the thousands of public companies that sell stock, 99.9% release paid PR's, touts and use other various forms of media to gain attention, whats wrong with that? Being a start up public company requires support to get the ball rolling and that support comes from selling shares of stock. Nothing new, its been going on since the day the market opened...........correct?
GO CGFIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hoffa not Hoffman, lol! Thanks RKY.
Oh well, just in case CGI finds any skeletal remains at least we know there's a plan of action and rules to follow without delaying that days productivity schedule.
No bones about it thats certainly a strange rule that must have been necessary at one time or another. Who knows, maybe back in the day they would toss a fallen miner here and there as they continued the non-stop diggin' for that ever elusive shiny nugget?

My post was to explain my opinion as to why there have been delays in CGI reaching its goals of financial profitability.
On another note:
The only delays in getting the POW Mill permit has been committed by the DRMS who has demanded more and more from CGI during this entire journey. Such as increasing the bonding amount several times, requiring environmental studies to be completed, existing tailings issues to be resolved, avalanche retainer walls to be built and the list goes on & on. Not only has all of these additional requirements been submitted as completed, complied with and marked as acceptable by the DRMS but CGI has gone far and above those additional requirements to appease the State and its DRMS.
Otherwise CGI would be up and running, processing back orders from other claims and in doing so they would be capitalizing on the current price of gold. The higher the price of gold the more percentages for processing can be charged. The current price of gold is what makes this endeavor so tempting and exactly why so many start up mining companies are popping up all over the world. Higher the price, higher the profits. Doesn't take much to figure that out. Simple business rules apply here.
If one thinks nothing has been done at the mill site then one really has zero business attempting to even act as if one knows whats going on.........GET REAL!
Just keeping it real, with knowledge of the entire process.
Sieg
567, nice research. Muchas Gracias.
There's an IH User named RetiredMM who has answered a few questions on NSS sub pennies or pinks and really put the rumors to rest. Its a subject that many feel they know the real answer to but in reality have no clue. Your DD on some of the most recent rulings is spot on. Thank you for your efforts to share that information with the CGFIA board.
