Have a good weekend.
rj2,
I tend to be immature at times. So just disregard. That's why I get such a kick out of bean.
rj2,
I was just messing around.
Gee rj thanks for setting the record straight. And here I thought everyone was a basher. Thanks for clarifying that.
WHEN DID I EVER SAY THAT ANYONE WHO EVER POSTS SOMETHING NEGATIVE IS A BASHER?
There are a couple of people who show up on this board who's main agenda is to attempt to scare people out of their shares.
That is who I was referring to. Those few. They say things that they know are not the truth just to create a scare. And then when they are corrected and are given proof that they were wrong they move onto something else without ever admitting they were wrong about the previous topic.
So its just a few.
But thanks for your concern.
You want to bring the mob into this? That might be necessary. We need to rub a few people out.
Tell him to call Warren Buffet. That might help. And if not him then T Boone Pickens.
We are in one of the most heavily manipulated stocks I have seen in a while. When I see some of the other oil stocks sitting at $40 and $60 million market caps while we sit here at $6 million it is quite remarkable. We should have never dropped to these levels.
Thommy you are correct that they have done a much better job of promoting their stock than we have. In fact, I would say that I have never seen a company more poorly promoted than this one. The website looks like crap, the information on the website is mia, the pr's are poorly written and there is no follow through on them. Other than that though Regions has really done a great job enhancing shareholder value lol.
We need mailmike to show up and by a gazillion shares. lol
Bill I really wasnt talking about you when I was talking about manipulation, deception etc and showing up with a negative agenda. And I said I am neutral on the short interest situation also.
Well stop buying the stocks that I do and you might actually make some money lol.
I guess my whole point is this. There are too many people on this board with a negative agenda. And they are very fortunate that I am not a moderator because I would be hitting the delete button early and often.
Too many here are not intelligent to make money the honest way so they have to lie, deceive, and manipulate in an attempt to make a few dollars.
Well maybe you should have added that we dont know because we dont know what the naked short position on the stock.
Instead you implied there is no short position.
Another words dont say that just because there are only 23,000 shares that that means the stock is not being shorted.
That is a little bit disingeuous.
I was hoping the new trigger price was at least .20 but I wouldnt complain lol.
So now you are about 0 for 12 in your comments to this board. You are batting zero. Nice job.
From pink sheets.com:
Feb 27, 2007 304 shares short
Dec 27, 2006 0 shares short
From RGNO's pr:
Feb 12 2007
"Regions Oil & Gas, Inc. (RGNO) SqueezeTrigger Price is $0.14. Approximately 6.9 million Shares Shorted Since January 2005 According to Buyins.net Research Report"
Yeah and pink sheets .com was showing that there was virtually no short interest in January and February but we obviously know that wasnt the case judging from the PR.
I am neutral as to whether we are being shorted heavily or not. I really dont know. But just because pink sheet shows RGNO only has 23,000 shares being shorted July 27th does not mean that the stock is not being heavily shorted. It only showed there were around 300 shares being shorted in February but yet there was definitely more shares being shorted than that judging from the PR and the shprt squeeze that follow.
So the fact that we now have 23,000 showing up on pink sheets where before we only had 0 to 300 could mean it is being shorted more heavily now. (And then again maybe not)
Well I would have to look into that DFD. I believe I had read that ALRY has been around for a long time but I dont know how long they have been publically traded. I am not sure about Hemi. I believe Hemi has been around at least 2 years.
Yeah and maybe an asteroid came down and hit the field and all of the oil got sucked out of the ground. Yeah.
The thing that I find so comical about you is how bullish you are on RGNO on the yahoo boards and on other ihub boards but when you come here you try to stir things up. Well it is entertaining so thanks.
Well here was your to his post so obviously you agree with me. You are basically saying its a non-issue:

I don't think that's really the big issue here strongus but thanks for that info, do appreciate it.
Ok thanks. I thought sometimes it is natural gas also.
Yes I am to some degree.
Oakslem, I know everyone is frustrated with the share price. Including myself. And I certainly dont blame anyone bashing the stock for the share price.
Its just that it takes some time for oil companies to drill the wells, grow production, announce production etc etc. And we are just waiting for that intial production to be ramped up and announced. And yes, it tries all of our patience.
So when Jerry has the production ramped up to the point where he can announce results then we will start seeing results in the share price.
I believe he could have announced production results a few months ago. He probably had multiple wells hooked up and ready to go. But imho he then decided that the best way to maximize production in the field was to hook up an injection well in the field. An injection well is a well where natural gas, water or steam is pumped into a well to maximize production of surrounding wells. So Jerry's decision to hook up an injection well delayed things by a couple of months. Because he had to hook up the injection well and then has to wait 45 days before he can announce the results of the wells in that field. So imo that is where we are at now. We are waiting for those results. The weather also probably delayed things but in Oklahoma things have dryed out considerably.
Yes I agree with everyone that they could have done a much better job communicating all of this to their shareholders and making things more clear. And the website also leaves alot to be desired. So the company should have done a better job of communicating things to their shareholders but I believe we are on the right track and we will all be richly rewarded.
The document you provided two days ago which shows that Leatherneck Energy is Regions closes the door on any and all arguments on that topic. And if posters continue to bring up bs when they already know the answers they should be deleted and kicked off the board permanently.
Nobody lol
Rags you aren't taking mnbean too seriously are you? He was just messing with the board and having fun. This was vintage mnbean tonight.

Hoping for a better day tomorrow. Also hope Jerry and Greg start listening to their investors concerns. Have a good night everyone, I'm out of here until tomorrow.
Its not tomorrow yet. How come you have continued to post tonight?
Go RGNO
You do realize that posting a PM is a TOS violation??
Take care and have a good night.
Well wait, take care and have a nice month in the slammer. j/k
Yeah that would be great. Thanks for the info. I remember you explaining all of this before. Thanks.
Maybe Joe Kernen and Maria Bartaroma will talk about RGNO tomorrow on CNBC lol.
And here is the link. It clearly states that the the "old name" was Regions Oil and Gas Inc.
The new name is F.U.T.P. Inc.

No that is not correct. The Florida shell that had Regions Oil and Gas named on it has now been changed to F.U.T.P. Inc. on the Florida website.
Prior to the name change amendment on 07/09/2007 the name on the Florida shell was Regions Oil and Gas. But now it has been changed to F.U.T.P. Inc. So it has nothing to do with us.

Well I cant argue that. Now we wait for the returns. Hopefully we will get production numbers from the Oklahoma wells soon. I believe we will.
They did some fracs in Oklahoma which costs money...
They drilled wells in Oklahoma which costs money...
They acquired additional acreage in Oklahoma which costs money...
They acquired the new 640 acre West Texas field which costs money....
They added additional drill sites and acreage to the West Texas field in addition to the 640 acres all of which cost money.......
Somewhere in that range. I dont know how many are actually hooked up though.
Looking forward to getting production results on the 20 or so wells from Leatherneck Energy.
Thanks Strongus. That was the most relevant post of the month.
Relax bean I was just messing around.
It has nothing to do with you so dont worry about it.
I dont know about all of that but you seem to be jumping to a alot of conclusions. And you are from Minnesota too. Maybe the answer lies in your own backyard. Good luck.
