I'm ok with the increasing the O/S, as long as they are for completing the existing deal(s)…. the key word is "completing"...hey... if they didn't increase the O/S this would be back at the Sirancha Stix game....and that was going nowhere in my mind.....

bailosellhai….great bargains usually high tons of volume from investors who want to get in on a great deal (price) and hold for a the stair stepper gains and large exit. Almost a year later ...we seem to be the bottom floor investment price month after month.

for your other question is that the s/p doesn't usually last long with GREAT DEALS and the speculators snap up the cheap ones like RMN and SLEEK....but the fact that every month we have cheap shares and the target price of .30 seems so ridiculously far away sends red flags to me and I'm sharing them...I'm sure it's baffling RMN and Sleek too......

hey Sleek ..you forgot to mention that the volume has dropped like a rock...it's things like that ...that make you go hmmm... so we have Bizrite on the slow burner and now we have a higher rev company than Bizrite cooking and we can't even get a steady s/p price of .14 or better...???....now you know why I keep questioning the validity of these deals....

SO it's been about a yr. since we first heard about the Bizright deal...still not completed...we have heard about Hempistry, Budlife, and others... not one has a completed and signed contract. …...So far all we have are only LOI's or MOU's...which mean look ...look at me!!… So the newest shinny penny is now Sky Unlimited Athena United!!!!

Usually a restriction for shares for a PP is 1 yr....OR … 2yrs. and sometimes not until you can get an opinion by a lawyer before they become unrestricted!!!

PS....the charts are turning positive...except CMF which is too bad because that was a huge support indicator for us over the summer...I see .15 as the first resistance...IMO

there is only one problem RMN (well maybe 2)….SGMD has not closed on 1 of all the companies that they say they are in talks with, and they can't seem to keep enough long investors as the s/p indicates which is stagnate and is being sold into the volume repeatedly!
Btw.... the float is now 166 mil.

ok smart azz...this was a comprehension test...lol!...are you exiting why you are existing?....I'm not impressed by the downtrend of the SGMD stock price since ….the potential price target of .30 S as the voting day gets closer....

are you existing RMN or Sleek Solder?...someone(s) been selling all month on a bunch of "fluff" NRs...

they can't increase the A/S right now Impossible!!…(THEY HAVE TO VOTE FOR THAT CHANGE) but they could be diluting with remainder of current O/S shares …...but I would expect them to be restricted ...however, if an investor had free trading shares then they could dump them on the market and keep the paper until the restriction comes off....and maybe some older paper could have came off restrictions??

Now does know if Jimmy has Preferred shares with special voting rights to trump all common shares... this is pretty common now with Pink sheet companies to have Preferred shares that have a 10 for 1 voting Common share (for Example).
