I seek equity elsewhere because the equity here is WAY too diluted, "management" is WAY too questionable, and nothing they say ever comes to pass. Sounds like .0002 is making you more than a bit testy? LOL! You wreak of desperation. Name calling is an obvious symptom.
Also, you say "Otto is being marginalized with each passing day by GeoBio, but morons wouldn't know that." So you're now saying you don't know that? Geez...make up your mind! LOL!!!!
I guess you're saying in Otto you trust, and others are saying they don't. I tend to side with the others. Btw, who's Alejandra?
Uh, maybe so they can dump stock at above .0001? They are yet to acquire anything, and who knows if they have paid those two "employees" or Goodrich a penny. I'm basing my thoughts on past factual experience with these guys, and if you know of anything positive and concrete that has ACTUALLY OCCURRED here I would love to hear about it. These guys love to talk the talk but they have NEVER walked the walk.
Or maybe they just want people to know the truth?
Because I have bought and sold in the past, and making an occasional pass through to warn people doesn't cost me a cent.
"And why would they be making all these new acquisitions of Oil and Gas companies? "
They have NOT acquired ANYTHING. Hope it works for you, but in the past it has been a total and complete disaster for people who have fallen for the line. As far as Goodrich is concerned, I could give them or any company of the sort a few grand and they would "advise" me on whatever "plans" I may have. Beware.
If they've somehow remarkably changed their modus operandi then maybe it's worth a roll of the dice, but I personally don't trust them as far as I can throw Otto. It's clear to me that they have been diluting ever since they announced that fantasy merger among themselves that was "coincidentally" canceled. I also don't know how they could possibly pay for what they are talking about, since as far as I know they have nothing to collateralize but share sales money, and share sales money at these levels is not going to cut it. Having said that, if you've got some ultra high risk lotto capital that you want to risk, then by all means go for it. Most pinkies are lotto gambles anyway. GL.
Yes. How else can they finance anything? Assuming of course that they actually plan on financing something. That in itself would be an absolute shock.
How long until they announce that these deals have fallen through as well? Wouldn't surprise me a bit if they announced it right about the time they reach the 5 billion share mark.
It's his ATM machine. Time to take it to court, because I have no doubt that he will not stop until the ATM stops spurting out cash. Feel sorry for the fools who cannot see this at this point in time. Do you think this operation has any revenues at all, or do you think all revenues are simply from share sales?
Has anyone checked with the transfer agent about how much these guys have been diluting here since the BS merger among themselves, or contacted Otto or the CEO about their intentions for GBOE? The answers to those questions might be interesting. Btw, I traded this thing a couple of times before the BS merger, but have not again taken the plunge because of my SERIOUS questions in regard to the intentions of these guys. BOL to those who have gotten in.
Coincidence that David Otto is also a Seattle lawyer? Hell of a coincidence if it is.
They've been squealing away over on Yahoo ever since it was trading at a pre-split 30 cents (6.00), so I wouldn't take that as a bottom indication by any means. Also, charts are meaningless when a stock is being played as a never ending share dumping ground. If they for some unprecedented reason decided to turn off the presses, then the charts might have some meaning, but based on their history I would not count on it.
Why? Isn't it still owned by that printing press operator named Otto?
I'm predicting 100 million in 2010 revenue for myself as well. All I have to do is pick the correct six numbers, and all he has to do is dump a few hundred million shares.
Probably the printing press. eom
Elevators and airplanes go up and down unless they're broken. This one has basically been broken and only gone down for years now. Unless of course you consider a low volume movement of .0001-.0002 to be significant. I'd gladly be a believer if someone would give me a believable reason to do so.
Everytime some naive new investor takes the bait, they dump it right back down again. What an operation.
Didn't you always say that back when it was trading at 100 times current levels?
It's been pumped and dumped to nada. eom
Yep. I've been watching it for a year or so, and I have no doubt that they're dumping. Whatever pumping site directed you guys over here should be shut down. This thing has got nothing going for it other than a printing press as far as I can see. Wonder if David Otto writes their PR's these days?
Sure hope the IR guy you spoke to wasn't this guy. He's been connected at the hip with this operation for a very long time, and they just jettisoned him from the BOD a few months ago before the BS merger with themselves was cancelled. They may still be using his Seattle address as their "corporate headquarters" as far as I know. Wonder how his SEC charges are going at this point?

You beat me to it. Dinner money flipping at best. Some forget how low this has gone, and anyone trading here at this volume should find another flipping candidate.
The real issues to me are how much are they dumping, how long will they continue to dump into the pumper site rhetoric, will they come out and PR something REAL anytime soon, and are they just using this as an ATM machine like they appeared to be doing after the last BS merger announcement. For the newbies out there, last Summer/Fall they were supposed to consummate a merger. That merger was between two "companies" who had pretty much the same guys managing and sitting on both "companies" Boards of Directors. Apparently, they effectively could not merge with themselves. Strange to say the least.
Chart means nothing if their going to continue dumping. Seems to have slowed down a bit momentarily, but wouldn't be surprised if it soon comes back again full force.
Yeah, I think it's called dumping. They've been doing it for months beginning after they announced their BS merger scheme last year. Looks obvious to me that they have picked up the dumping pace over the last couple of weeks.
Sounds about right for a month or so ago, but with the recent volume I suspect that number has grown. Hope they're doing something positive with the money for the company and not just pulling the old pinky pocket trick.
Wasn't sure if you guys were talking about "stocktwits" or "stocktwiter", but I just saw the banner ad for "stocktwiter" so I guess that's the one you're referring to. Might look into it.
This has been a major stock dumping ground ever since that BS merger announcement months ago. I wonder how far past two billion shares they are at this point?
Both do their dirty deeds from a base in Texas, and both are full of hot air. Wouldn't bother me a bit if there ends up being a prison and suicide correlation as well.
Charts mean absolutely nothing when management is constantly dumping shares on the open market. That is a fact. When that is the case, they can do anything they want to with the price. Push it down, or back off and let it move up a little before flooding it down again. Pinkies are all about manipulation. PR/paid scammer pumping or not.
Nope! eom
The captain is leaving the sinking ship. So shocking that he would do that. Based on his character, it was obvious that it would happen. Looks like he'll try and let someone else take the heat and go down with the waterlogged ship. The only question is, where will he bury all the loot?

Are you talking about the little 1 million New Mexico operation, or do you know of some other pending acquisition? Please don't tell me there's a pending merger, because they recently brought in several million for themselves when they pulled that one.
So please explain WHY it is going to go up?
Looks like this thing is getting down to the land of the dead. With the continual drop from what appears to me to be more dilution, I think it's too dangerous to trade until it goes well below a penny. Sorry for anyone who thought this was actually a long-term play, because it looks to me to be someone's ATM machine. Too bad.
Incredibly aggressive dumping. He must need cash bad. I wouldn't buy this at any price. Nuts!!
If he has done 10 million this month, his dumping is responsible for almost all of the volume. Insane. Isn't it cute how the volume suddenly surges immediately after his BS PR's? Totally nuts!
