If memory serves I suggested a class action suit almost two and a half years ago based on the deceptions that had occurred up to that point. I was met with derision and disdain. The abuses since that time have done nothing but amplify the original basis of the complaint and still no action. Those who have lost the greater portion of their investment have allowed it to take place. No sympathy here.
The intent of my post was to be apochryphal
but alas I failed again as is my wont. I figured Pablo’s septic tank waste removal and mining company would do the trick but I was mistaken. Allow me to say that regardless of whether or not Mexus entices some burro powered anonymous “miner” to participate makes little difference in the final analysis I,t will all come to an Ignoble end.
What, you don't recognize IRMEX or Pablo' s septic tank waste removal and mining company as world recognized gold miners ? The proposed $100/oz royalty would be a boost to the Mexus revenue by at least $500/mo. You unleash those Mexican human backhoes and see what happens. Carumba, to the sky and beyond.
A prime example of convoluted post intended to convey some message regarding MXSG history......or something !

Seriously, you don't mean to tell me a ...what was it, a fifth grade teacher waddling around dirt roads and paths with a metal detector isn't qualified to determine the viability of a Mexican mine. Why he even invested in some successful mining ventures.
If you can overlook the aphasia, this individual has significant things to say about MXSG, many coming directly from the CEO himself.Very significant research quoted from sources such as Wikipedia and the Mexus web site, Interpreting the posts are a bit tedious at times but oh so rewarding if you appreciate Appalachian type jargon.
You are, of course correct, I misspoke. Just as there are no Mexus employees, there is but one executive,
Whatever was I thinking ?
Another Monday without "guidance" as to mining activity, the status of "missing" 4 tons of activated carbon, what oh what could Mexus be up to?
How is the barge construction coming ? Installed mining equipment or cable retrieval equipment yet ? Any word on the search for a CEO or a BOD ?
So many questions so few answers. Why, you would almost think MEXUS executives were avoiding statements regarding current events.
Of course, Thyompson being such a nice, responsible man looking to benifit all shareholders, is, as always, always open to shareholders cares so why not give him a call and share his responses ?
It's obviousl that whoever authors MXGS PR has an exceedingly limited vocabulary. "Vying" indicates they are competng for the honor of teaming up with a loser. Who wouldn't stand in line for that honor ? I've heard the line about JV's about as many times as "I don't go to Las Vegas any more"
And speaking of BS, how about the Herradura mines were going to send engineers to analyze the MXSG operation. Guess that didn't work out too well. Still no word on IRMEX, the make believe JV. They must be busy working that other fabulous Mexus property. So many prospects, so little evidence of anything worthy of a second glance.
So further erosion of the PPS this week ? It's difficult to imagine anything that would impede the swan dive area that MXSG has entered. JV specifying a $100 per oz. royalty ? That might add 3 or 4 hundred a month to revenue.
LMAO. Finding the missing 4 tons of activated carbon ? Maybe not missing just pathetic results when processed.
A buyer ? (Don't Bogart that joint my friend, pass it over to me.)

KALAMAZOO COUNTY, MI – A former reality star and Kalamazoo County resident is facing sexual assault charges.
Scott Meisterheim, 54, of Comstock Township, was arraigned Dec. 27 on three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct force or coercion and three counts of domestic violence in Kalamazoo County District Court.
Meisterheim gained fame, playing the role of villain on three seasons of Discovery Channel’s “Bering Sea Gold,” from 2012 to 2014. The show was about dredging the bottom of the Bering Sea for gold off the coast of Nome, Alaska.

The criminal charges stem from an incident on Dec. 23 in Kalamazoo County, according to court records. Meisterheim has a $50,000 cash or surety bond, which he has not yet posted, per court records.
Not only pay for the demolition but also pay a fine for abandoning a vessel and creating a spill and hazard to navigation. It’s about time that Thompson’s actions caught up to him.
So if they walked away from the boat, what are the chances that environmental restoration will take place after their abortive attempt to mine this portion of the Sonoran desert ?
Odds don't look too good Not responsible people.
Thompson's sterling character.
Ports across Alaska are home to a ghost fleet of derelict vessels. Many are abandoned, left to rot dockside, to become hazards to the environment or navigation. There’s one in the Homer Boat Harbor, the former fishing vessel North Pacific, which later saw life in gold dredging. The city declared the vessel a nuisance in 2016, and its owners stopped paying moorage fees in 2018.
Last April the North Pacific’s hull sprang a leak, but was quickly patched before it sank at the dock. Since then, the U.S. Coast Guard funded the removal of all the fuel, oil and other hydrocarbon fluids, but now the vessel needs to be moved before it sinks. In a memo to the mayor and council from Homer Harbormaster Bryan Hawkins, he said, “the North Pacific will, if left to its own devices, eventually end up at the bottom of the harbor.”
At Monday night’s Homer City Council meeting, a nearly-$100,000 ordinance was passed funding the prep, haul-out, and break-up of the North Pacific
North Pacific Gold Abandoned Vessel; Homer, AK
Homer, AK | 2020-Jul-20
Initial Notification: On 20-Jul-2020, MSD Homer notified the NOAA SSC of the following: MV North Pacific Gold, a 90-foot crabber turned gold mining vessel, was abandoned in the Homer small boat harbor in 201g a 6 after suffering a marine casualty. The vessel touched bottom durinlow-tide event in April 2020, damaging the hull. The vessel contains approximately 6000 gallons of oily water in the aft tanks and an unknown amount in the saddle tanks. The OSLTF has been opened for assessment of the vessel due to substantial threat of pollution and Global Diving and Salvage has been hired to assess the vessel's condition. MSD Homer is requesting NOAA provide resources at risk to support removal and potential scuttling of the vessel.

Once again, as so many times in the past we see last minute buys to give MXSG a postive close. How ridiculous ! There is no "save" for this POS.
I believe a bit of irritation should be provided those who believe in MXSG redemption and resurrection therefor... I AM SPARTACUS.
I think there will be a brief flurry of buying by those looking for a bounce and a smattering of true believers who think the turn around is upon us.
Therefor I predict a closing of .0025 sometime next week. Let's face it, total capitulation is near.
The fat lady is practicing the aria Q'uando M'en Vo from La Boheme to commemorate Mexus.
Started with a bang ended with a whimper.
I wonder what people hanging paper at the opening think they're accomplishing. Like tape painting the last minute of trading. All for naught.
It's all a matter of degree but both are insufferable. One more so than the other.
Your ability to suffer fools is admirable. I on the other hand find it tedious. I am not certain which is more irritating, the lies promulgated by MXSG or the inanities uttered by the fool.
Both Mexus PR's and >>>>>> he who posts gibberish
A monotonus broken record of childish nonsensical moronic
ramblings
Another hyped monday with no news.Nothing on the JV front, the missing 4 tons of activated carbon, absolutely nothing for the true believers to hang their hats on. Oh woe.
And to further add to the maelstrom of bad news, there is now talk of a class action, finally. Whether it reaches fruition or not is academic. At least and at long last there is an awakening.
The only repeatable processes attributable to MXSG are toxic loans, issuing shares to pay for the loans and consistently losing money. Oh, and lying !
MXSG is down 10.5% this week and the market is down 1.0%. See, MXSG leads the market once again, lol.
Calculations accomplished utilizing an Aerospace Engineer’s calculator ?
What will your holdings be worth when MXSG pps reaches .0025 ?
I am getting a bit tired of reading about gambling in Las Vegas and "chance" money. People who repeatedly travel to Vegas to get fleeced (as depicted in this case) are dedicated losers.
Most investors claim to have accomplished "due diligence" in order to invest in their chosen vehicle. This was obviously not the road taken by this individual.
I can only hope that the "average down" philosophy is followed by this "investor" in order to achieve a never forgotten lesson as Mexus does a belly up.
Typical case of someone having more money than good sense.
Four tons of activated carbon missing, not accounted for, gone with the wind. Surely it doesn't take this amount of time to process a Ioad of gold laden carbon. The only other answer is that it was processed and the results were so meager that the whole affair was written off. Kinda like that big old tub of amazingly rich mud that never did dry, remember ?
And that my friends is the repetitious aspect of the Mexus project. A failure to produce
Totally agree with your assessment. What graduate engineer does a there for their, loose for lose and boarder for border ? Can you imagine his technical reports ? Beyond which, what engineer of standing announces himself to be an "aerospace engineer".For most, engineer will suffice. This dude is a wanna be clown.
Watching thre throes of MXSG for 10 years would convince anyone of sound mind that it's a loser. Continually harping on the low cap does what to enhance it's value to investors given it's performance ?
Anyone throwing the dice at Las Vegas is a candidate for the title loser.....and we have a winning loser.
I believe the aerospace engineer would be better employed figuring out a way of getting the good ship Mexus up to the coastal waters off Nome. It should be child's play for someone familiar with space travel and or propulsion systems to find an earthbound travel solution. Aerospace engineer via back of matchbook learning institution ?
But the real problem confronting PT is...what to do with the non productive gold recovery operation. Since buyers seem to be at a premium and legitimate JV partners not knocking down the door, what is to be done ? After all, there is a few dollars worth of backyard patched together equipment which is worth something.... scrap metal auction anyone ?
Msg via Proton mail
"The cable thing is a distant memory."
Not necessarily. If future photos show a large drum, on deck that is indicative of cable retrieval.
It is a VERY long way to Nome from Walnut Grove. Navigating the Bering sea is no mean feat.
The Bering sea is one of the most intense patches of ocean on Earth. Strong winds, freezing temperatures, and icy water are normal conditions. The combination makes for some of the most ferocious waves on the planet. Not for hobby miners or sailors.
I think Mexus abandoned the cable operation to pursue the other pipe dream but put it on a back burner.
Possibly someone could disclose a report regarding prior MXSG gold laden carbon sent to a refinery.
Is there something that indicated the amount of gold recovered and/or the sales of the recovered gold ? You know, like 22 ozs recovered and sold @ $1800/oz?
It looks to me as though PT has a carbon mine. Now if he could just get that pencil plant going !
No shock and awe PR today announcing a JV or buyout offer ? What is the Mexus world coming to ? Got at least the last 2 1/2 months we have been hearing how we had better sit down else be blown off our feet. The boy who cried wolf doesnt hold a candle next to these frauds. And the Irmex association ? Pure unadulterated BS How many times have there been lying, unsubstantiated statements made and yet the true believers cling to their naive hope that all will magically come true.
Know what you have….capital losses are tax deductible.
I almost ( but not quite) feel sorry for PT. He's been seekinq the BIG payoff but it just hasn't happened. Granted his current situation is pretty sweet but not the Big Payoff. Still,to be the fabricator of useless rusted components used in a mining operation is an accomplishment. Too bad there wasn't enough gold to warrant the expenditure of the vast amounts of money spent..
Fascinating. Two methods of mining in the waters off Nome. One is to dredge and the other is to airlift. Will be interesting to see which he elects to do. Then transporting the resultant welded together rusted scrap presents a problem. Alaskan highway is out which leaves the ocean route. Long way from Walnut Grove to Nome but hey, he hauled fabricated rusted paraphernalia across the Mexican border.
So maybe he found another Mexican outfit like MarMar to continue the Sonoran operation while he plays Popeye. Or maybe he intends to resume his retrievable underwater cable operation.
Or he's building a Noah's ark replica. Difficult to tell with the hobby miner.
The day that MXSG initiates open pit mining, take shelter and beware of low flying pigs.
As stated by the company, their continued operation is contingent upon obtaining outside funding. As the lending sources dry up so too does the hobby venture. So the game of borrowing money and paying off the loan with investor's money shall cease. 10+ years of scamming all to enrich the coffers of the Thompson family. It should be considered criminal.
The first task of an engineer is to gather and collate all information relating to the project at hand. In the case of investing in a stock, this would entail reading and absorbing the information contained in previous years 10k’s . I cannot think of a fellow engineer who does not observe this practice.
The Mexus record of consistent annual losses indicate a totally losing scenario. The latest financial information does nothing to alleviate this losing process. Your inability to properly assess the situation belies your claim of an engineering background. In what discipline was your degree earned ? I submit that your claim is BS.
Since gambling seems to be your stock in trade I would advise returning to Vegas and playing blackjack. The odds are much better than betting on MXSG.
Judging from an analysis by Simplywall.st, MXSG is one of the crappiest stocks you can own or buy.
Better to play blackjack at Vegas and take in a show or two or buy a dart throwing monkey. Preferably one with aerospace experience.
All of this talk about increased production and sales has me wondering what need there is for toxic loans if the sales are as awe inspiring as indicated.
Interesting how a senior space engineer lost "a lot of money" in Vegas, writes of MXSG's issues at the "boarder" and the little engine that's "prodding" along....something a wascally wabbit might say
"Chance money" being discretionary savings, it's heartening to know that retirees still have the wherewithall to throw bucks at Vegas and/or hobby gold mines.
A JV.....big whoop. So Mexus gets a percentage of what isn't able to currently sustain them ? A JV gets to share the bounty with Johnson's folly whose life's blood is toxic loans. Truly a deal made in a fool's paradise.
