Another myth.I believe that was the only refrence ever regarding guards. There was never enough gold to warrant a security camera much less paid guards. Their salaries would have been more than that which they were hired to guard.
Maybe one of the Mexus devotees will travel down to Caborca and do some "boots on" reporting along with photos. No reason why the self proclaimed most affluent with fine art wall paper couldn't take a little trip. Results would be most enlightening. I'm quite certain he would post the results. Think so Lil Beaver? You betcha Red Ryder.
But beware of the sign.......
Prohibida la entrada. Proyecto de ley de residuos y suelos contaminados
Another quack MXSG theory all blown to hell. How many times has the duck cried wolf ? The ubiquitous "big news next week" ran it's course oh, so many weeks ago, it's difficult to count. So from where comes the cry of " something is going to happen next week" ? To be honest, something will indeed happen this week. The continuation of the decline of the SP and with it, the specter of final capitulation. Then MXSG will truly belong to the .0001 junk that some like to play with. So sound the clarion, the quacker is right. Something is definitely going to happen this week.
Damn, I really miss the poster who utilized capitalizing words for emphasis...Something IS definitely going to happen THIS week.
"And don't forget the enabler with his multiple successful mining investments.....every mining investment he got involved with was a wild success! Just ask him!"
Are you referring to the Bloviator who spent 15 million on fine art for the walls of his privy ? MXSG must be a major disappoint to him since all of his other choices were such winners. How does such a successful investor/ phD lack the ability to express himself coherently unless of course, he is lying through his teeth. stated he spent Kinda reminds me of the Beverly Hillbillies.
I particularly enjoyed the line which read, "Reaching out to converse with other highly educated and personal resource people". Ill informed clod that I am, I'm at a loss as to what a personal resource person might be.. It must be an attribute that only "highly educated" folk such as a "teacher" would possess. BUT, that being the case, how could such an intellectual be so flummoxed to invest in such a transparent pile of rubbish as MXSG. All of the signs were there, all of the red flags waving and yet........... ???
One of my all time favorite posts. The ostentaciousness is remarkable. The unbridled hubris is without parallel. And in summation, invoking the children's story of the little engine caps the learned dissertation on how to achieve successful investing and in particular, investing in Mexus (the little engine)
Guesses as to identity of the author ?
"Being an informed investor in the building of a prosperous mining business requires enormous amounts of understanding/investigative knowledge of precious metal properties. It demands significant reading to self educate yourself about mining processes and trust in the strategies chosen by the management. Reaching out to converse with other highly educated and personal resource people are positive decision factors before investing. Often overlooked, is the capability of discernment, after due diligence has been accomplished. Discernment is a sacred gift given to those individuals that study, demonstrate courage required to take investment action as a result of their due diligence. Last but not least, many long term shareholders having endured the long journey are most confident that the common startup recovery problems have been resolved. More importantly, thanks to all that withstood the winding journey because "The Little Engine That Could" is about to pull into the station soon! We believed, took the opportunity, and wait patiently with confidence!"
Coming mighty close to circling the drain. Of course there will always be those who play the trips, looking for a 10% or better blip but ultimately, it's going to reach total garbage status.
Per istam sanctam unctionem ignoscat tibi Dominus quicquid peccaveris sive deliqueris.
Amen
Defamation of someone requires they have a "good reputation" Defamation includes slander and libel or "libal" to the untutored. This excludes the "mouth of MXSG" the self paid "explore mine expert" whatever that term is supposed to denote.
"Question becomes who and what are these daily defaming poster/moderators."
In the spirit of disclosure " I am Spartacus".
All that money and nary an undamaged brain cell. The thing about money, you can buy a lot of things but you can't buy class.
My "libal" defense is..big fat loser victim/vet scammer/aphasiac/piney folk jargon wrtin' fool and more.
The whole idea behind the plan was secrecy but now it's being openly discussed ? Not cool !
A RELUCTANT INVESTOR'S LAMENT
I hesitate to make a list
Of all the countless deals I've missed;
Bonanzas that were in my grip -
I watched them through my fingers slip;
The windfalls which I should have brought
Were lost because I over thought;
I thought of this, I thought of that,
I could have sworn I smelled a rat,
and while I thought things over twice,
Another grabbed them at the price.
And yet I am forever grateful
I didn't buy Mexus when it looked so good
Something told me it was a scam
that made absolutely no sense, as it should
and so I hesitated to buy til this day
when all I have to say IS
Thank God my research payed off
Plucking planted nuggets while his pocket was picked
Made his wounded head feel like it had been kicked
Ole Piney wood folk author, part of the plan
To sell private MXSG placements to the 8th aero clan
Little did he know that he was a victim of the
perp
Who knew nothing of mining, just confidence work
Then into the trap he placed his money
And now comes the part that is really funny
He lost his ass with people he cheated
His fortune is now substantially depleted
So here is to the hero, decorated
Who today has been totally violated
And here is to the perps who pulled off the deception
Whose souls will be lost come time of garbage collection
Are you guys talking about the plan, like Herve Villachaize announcing, The Plan, The Plan ?
Not certain what "deal" you're referring to and hate to left out of loop as it were. So many "deals" so few results.
Sorry to see the withdrawal of a long time MXSG moderator. Robert brought a balanced viewpoint as a Mexus investor who was able to see and assess the situation as it developed. His contribution will be missed.
Surely you're not suggesting that PT spend money that he earned by his diligent work ? Cleaning up the mess would call for a responsible act and when has that ever happened in his history. No, I think that burden lies with the Mexican EPA and good luck with that. For them to
take him to task they would first have to catch him.
Here's a thought to cheer you. PT's "compensation" continues. That is the reward for his hard work, dedication and "expertise". Gives you a warm fuzzy feeling. That, plus the money from the toxic loans will keep ol' PT warm during those frigid Alaskan nights."Compensation" keeps rollin' long as the doors are open. Toxic loan money continues until it stops.
No, there is still some lingering pain to be had for those who wish to flagellate themselves. MXSG is good for at east another couple of toxic notes to pound the nails into the coffin. It makes you wonder though what people used to deceive themselves. Throughout the history of MXSG there have been flagrant violations of tthe truth where common sense would have dictated......uh oh, red flag. Too many to list but some just ignored the warning signs. I think back to some of the funniest ocassions when some stated how charismatic and honest PT appeared at the Reno meeting. Reminds me of a flock of sheep grazing innocently while a pack of wolves decimated their ranks only in this case, it was an uneducated dirt mover emptying their pockets. Baaahhhhhh.
The sell off in gold makes the liklihood of a buyout or JV even less likely, not that there was a snowball's chance in hell even before the current retreat. The dangling carrot was employed by PT (or his surrogates) for at least two years.. Unusual since ploys such as potential buyouts or joint ventures are usually dismissed much sooner.
What opportunity to fleece investors did they miss ? Not many. They even went so far as to project a 1,000,000 ounce reserve, based upon scientific studies from leading geologists who remain anonymous.
Rapidly approaching it's true value ... .0001 Great opportunity for ducks and ersatz engineers.
If you are really convinced Mexus is the real deal ,and destined to travel to stock Valhalla, you should be snapping up certificates held by some unhappy investors. I'm certain they would happily offer you a giant discount.
What do you see at the website that indicates Mexus is neither bankrupt nor out of business. ? It is the same old crapola they have been spewing forever. Your ability to differentiate between truth and fiction is not only suspect, it is non existent. Ignorance indicates without knowledge. Obtuse better describes your affliction.
Next you'll be saying that MXSG is still turning out hundreds of ounces of gold.
Terrific, a new set of images to attempt to post over and over again. True, a picture is worth a thousand words but in this case, they are all really really bad words.
Irrespective of the number of times images from the Mexus web site are posted, the fact remains that it is idle because it cannot be mined economically. $38 millions of dollars thrown away attests to this fact. If it were economically feasible, Fresnillo would have snapped it up. As it is, no mining concern is interested in throwing money away at a losing proposition. Mexus has been seeking a JV partner for two years now with no takers. Also, the search for a CEO and a BOD has yielded no results so posting photos of earth moving projects over the past 11 years does nothing to enhance the prospects of this failed venture.
Repetitive year old photo of failed Mexus gold cyanidation process. Repetitive posting calls for repetitive deletion.
Rather than incessantly post regarding the administration of the MXSG board, may I suggest finding another venue more aligned with your philosophy and emotional needs.Your constant niggling becomes tiresome.
You are indeed correct. If I may reply in his stead. Lacking the attributes of an engineer, that is curiosity, problem solving, analytic capability , logical thinking and attention to detail, he seemingly fell victim to Philipps "art of persuasion" as recorded by an early post.
"This (MXSG) looks interesting indeed. Don is the original reason I bought a small portion many months ago. Did some research about the CEO and the Mexican mining operations. I rarely consider anything outside of the USA or Canada. This is my only venture elsewhere."
The actions of the Thompson family (all joint owners of the abandoned fishing vessel) speak to their character. You can expect nothing less of them than what they have displayed by their actions. Without a doubt, Thompson has endeavered to hide whatever assets he has (criminally) acquired.
I can't help but think back to all of those truly dedicated souls who were impressed with PT's sincerity and projected honesty and made a point to comment thereupon.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fellow investors, I am proudly standing here humbly to assure you (and I mean it)
I hereby speak out plain as day
Now my investing partners, I'm for Mom's apple pie and the flag long may it fly,
I'm a poor boy come to greatness so it follows that I cannot tell a lie.
(SONG)
Ohhhh I love to dance a little side step,
Now they see me now they don't I've come and gone
And Ohhhh I love to sweep around the wide step
Cut a little swath and lead the people on.
Now my good friends it behooves me
To be solemn and declare,
I'm for goodness and for profit,
And for living clean and saying daily prayer and now my good friends
You can sleep nights as I continue to stand tall
You can trust me for I promise I shall keep a watchful eye out for y'al
CABORCA, Mexico, May 24, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mexus Gold US (OTCQB: MXSG) (“Mexus” or the “Company) announced that it has been working with a group of geologists from the neighboring Herradura mine. The group is reviewing a plan to develop a possible 1 million + oz gold bulk mineral target at the companies Santa Elena mine located in Caborca, MX.
The dreams of mice and men.
The dream seems to have fallen short of expectations by approximately 999,700 ozs. give or take.. Besides having a good laugh, I hope the geologists from the Herradurra at least got a good steak dinner, courtesy of the hosts. Never heard the results of the joint "study" ? I wonder why ?
Posting a photo taken one year ago...AGAIN. The first time it was posted, it was brought to your attention that it was history, and you have said on more than one occassion that you pay no attention to history...... that is unless it conforms to a point you are attempting to make.
Just as lame the second time, as it was the first. Ignorance doesn't half describe it. The site IS NOT OPERATING.
You may have hit upon the answer. For instance, the "sanitary engineer" charged with emptying the onsite Mexus privies could conceivably be called a mining engineer since he was working at a mining site. Ergo, a sanitary engineer working for Raytheon could be an "aerospace engineer" . Then no technical reports due, no need for basic understanding of English, no need for Bernoulli's theorem, everything then falls into place and makes sense.
TO INFINITY AND BEYOND....which is really far.+

Also how can we determine a lie or the truth ?
The MXSG CEO on a barge paid for by the company is much more likely than another premise which is.....
a graduate engineer with no knowledge of the correct use of the language appears to be a lie. In order to author a tecnical report ( which is required periodically) a basic knowledge of the English language and sentence structure is required. Since this is totally lacking in past posts, I think it is obvious that your engineering degree claim is bogus.
Please tell me what terms the agreement must have to suit your needs.
1. An infusion of cash from the junior partner
2. An agreement to pay a royalty . Generally, this payment is based upon the profit(s) if any, from the use of the property.
It is difficult to imagine a firm agreeing to a sum based upon what ? An unproven claim with no history of successful reclamation?
California dreamin indeed ! To outer space and beyond.....
How to determine if it's a lie or the truth.
A lie begins...
CABORCA, MEXICO / ACCESSWIRE / XXXXXXX 2022 / Mexus Gold US (OTCQB:MXSG) ("Mexus" or the "Company)
OR, Quack Quack---
OR, California dreaming, retired space cadet >>> betting my chance money
Wow, the duck man just got his feathers ruffled by a possible agreement for one of the Mexus ' fabulous profitable properties. What prospects.... a hefty $2.50 a month royalty payment added to MXSG's bottom line, bringing the yearly loss to 3 million dollars less $2.50.
Who said "they are working on an agreement ?
CABORCA, MEXICO / ACCESSWIRE / August 29, 2022 / Mexus Gold US (OTCQB:MXSG) ("Mexus" or the "Company) updated its shareholders concerning its Santa Elena project. Mexus continues to actively seek the right partner for production and/or exploration at the property. The company is in discussions with multiple companies.
Now that is a long way to "working on a agreement".
One hell of an imagination there spacey.
They also succeeded in turning selected individual's minds into mush. Of course, some had a head start but the Mexus debacle succeeded in finishing the job.
As a secret MXSG private board member you must have access to the uneducated octogenarian. handyman so just drop a dime and telephone him He DOES answer your calls according to you so a status report should be forthcoming. Ask him why satellite images show dry pads.
Careful, you're messin' with tort "libal". Mexus is just one big mine field of tort "libals" and there is someone on the board who recognizes them.
So how do you think a royalty agreement with MXSG would work ? A percentage of the gross ? A fixed percentage ? Which concession (of the many) do you think would be involved ? The effort would be the reclamation of gold or silver, or both ? What makes you think the results would be any different than the perpetual losses suffered by MEXUS ? Maybe you feel the expertise brought to the scene would be better than that displayed by MXSG, because up to now, the effort has proven to be miserable.
Realistically I don't think you have a clue as to what a royalty agreement would involve. Wait as long as you want, the results will be as rewarding as they have been historically.
Those things reported in a 10Q or 10K have no relation to the barge project. The financing would be with funds extricated by way of hidden expenses and you ain't gonna find it unless there is some kind of confessional expose.
