Maybe the implication of an RS has finally hit home. Anyone who thinks it’s a good thing has never experienced
the aftermath. On the other hand it’s a great opportunity to average down even more as it approaches the low of the year. Called grasping the falling knife.
The laughably aborted MXSG attempts at recovery thus far can hardly be called "production".
Definition of production
Transforming tangible inputs (raw materials, semi-finished goods, subassemblies) into goods or services creating an output that is suitable for use or has exchange value.
Mexus is a very long way from achieving that goal. I may be wrong though. The 8.2 ozs. must have been turned into medallions or doorstops and that certainly has SOME intrinsic value.
Please give us YOUR definition of "production". It varies per individual and I would be interested in your take. You have talked about "production" numerous times..... WHAT production ? Is it just your opinion ? We can't have that now can we ?
Good for you. You may lie within a "trend line" like Mexus. Are there any working gold mines within 50 miles or so from you ? You too may be sitting on a "bonanza grade" lode. Maybe you should take the gold you've found and do a bottle roll test. Drill holes, do some blasting ? Buy a shell and go into the share selling business. Don't forget to take photos. They really impress potential investors.
SOOO Mexus investors, ask yourself these questions. Have you acquired an enormous amount of understanding, investigative knowledge of metal properties ?
Have you read extensively and educated yourself about mining processes and do you have great trust in Paul Dwight and his 40+ years of playing hobby miner ?
Have you sought out and conversed with OTHER highly educated and personal resource people and if so, what the HELL did you discuss ?
Always remember the cardinal rules to investing.
1. Being an informed investor in the building of a prosperous mining business requires enormous amounts of understanding/investigative knowledge of precious metal properties.
2. It demands significant reading to self educate yourself about mining processes and trust in the strategies chosen by the management.
3. Reaching out to converse with highly educated and personal resource people are positive decision factors before investing.
Following those rules, you are certain to prosper unless of course, you invest in a POS penny stock
The question du jour is.... are the pads loaded, have they begun the leaching process, is there flow to the pond ?
Generally, from the initiation of the process, it takes 60-90 days to achieve results under OPTIMAL conditions so August, September or even later
is the date to look at
No answers on the Mexus website so maybe the secret board...but you must disclose REAL NAME. I'm telling you, Rumplestiltskin IS my real name.
SHAME ? Shame is a negative evaluation of self, with feelings of distress. I don't believe shame is an issue here.
The inability to find answers is a product of the subterfuge, lies and distortions employed by Mexus...and of course when you speak of Mexus you are speaking about Thompson, resident CEO, COO, CFO, Secretary and Chief bottle washer.
In return, ....There has been NO revenue generated by gold recovery operations nor is it anticipated in the near future. The question has never been whether gold will be recovered, rather is it economically feasible. No one is able to determine the answer to that question although indications lean toward an answer of NO. Until such time that there are positive results... consistently and over a period of time, this question shall remain unanswered.
"We are making our mark one step at a time." The marks Mexus has made thus far should be neither envied nor repeated.
Something bothersome though. I heard that there was a post on the private board last week requesting funds to pay for cyanide, blasting material, wages, fuel, etc. Why would there be a need for funds given the promise of the rich return about to be realized ? Beyond that, why would it be posted on a private board and why IS there a private board ?
You know Thompson plays things close to the vest. Probably a long line of majors that have submitted bids....buyout, merger, JV, ANYTHING just to participate in this billion dollar venture.
Remember the cagey mention of two majors touring the property looking at the infrastructure and general layout of things ? Have to pay attention to these little nuances.
That's right I forgot they are in the "trend" line and certain to have similar geologic features as those rich mines 20 or 30 miles away besides having a rich history. Many large mining interests vying for a piece of the action but MXSG isn't going to accept the first gazillion dollar offer, of that you can rest assured.
Just wait though until that 20 - 1 RS is announced and droves of new investors appear, eager to participate in this exciting company with so much potential.
Question.... Why can't critics of MXSG post something positive about the company or Thompson, it's CEO once in a while ?
Answer.... Gee, I don't know, just can't think of anything.
Production has been announced many many times. The last time was when a statement was made that production began when there was flow to the pond. Difficult to produce revenue while in that phase of "production". But hey, we're just being picky.
I was unaware that those conditions existed in this case. Are you certain
the results will be positive ?
It's not bad enough that "management" has run MXSG into the ground, the new plan is to make "acquisitions", expand a failing business, obtain more toxic financing and recruit more hustlers. Wow, it's all falling into place.
The Company was notified by OTCMarkets that the Company’s bid price had closed below $0.01 for more than 30 consecutive calendar days and therefor the Company no longer meets the Standards for Continued Eligibility for OTCQB Marketplace and that the Company’s securities will be removed from the OTCQB Marketplace if not corrected.
Moreover, the Reverse Split will have the effect of creating newly available authorized shares of common stock which the Board intends to use for various purposes, such as effecting acquisitions, business expansion, obtaining finance and recruiting management personnel, all of which will be necessary if the Company is to undertake new business operations.
Implications of a Reverse Split
Reverse stock splits carry a negative connotation. A stock is more likely to undergo a reverse stock split when its share price has fallen so low that it's in danger of being delisted. As a result, investors usually believe the company is struggling and that the reverse split is nothing more than an accounting gimmick.
Duh !
When there isn't enough money to buy cyanide or pay wages how do you produce ?
Toxic funding ? I remember there was to be no more of that.
The last frantic effort to keep the sinking canoe afloat.
Finally a voice of reason. Long time coming!
REF:MXSG
"They need to first produce gold. Then do it at a good profit. Then do it continuously for a while to build up and expand operations."
One's quest to be grammatically correct at all times sometimes leads to one's embarrassing one's self by displaying one's penchant for erudition as
this poster on the XXXXX board.
"One that doesn’t know what is currently happening isn’t the best resource to trust on being abreast of ALL phases of production news. BTW, XXXX shareholders don’t rely on other’s interpretations of forward production processes, because we have the options of contacting XXXX or XX. One should attempt to use one's self control when assessing one’s personal perspective of ramping up production, and how one factually accumulates the most up to date news. Has one called those in the know? Has one actually visited? If 2 no answers, then those hardly qualify for being any type of expert resource on the MOST current production process news. Laughable besides, doubt if those same ones would ever be considered as first to know of any updated production process. Once again, one that doesn’t know the definition of doing their “due diligence” about XXXXX shouldn’t berate others that are doing theirs."
Author of post truly seeking a "oneness" with the universe.
It is not possible. You are one thousand percent correct !
I was told I should turn myself into this board for egregious spelling errors I have made. I plead innocent to the charges.
I recently lost my computer. It began with the failure of the keyboard leds, progressed to the board itself, then the USB's, then sound and finally the hard drive. I was going to attempt to get it fixed but by the time you replace the keyboard, motherboard, hard drive and a couple of other failed parts.....you see my point.
So I am now using my Iphone SE to text. The problem is that Apple thinks it can spell better than I, anticipates what I am attempting to communicate and changes words to suit itself. Here for hear, their for there and it REALLY doesn't favor words that end with ed or ing for that matter.
At first I thought I could live with it but now I have suffered the indignity of being called out for my poor spelling and I have decided to write a scathing letter to Apple complaining about this flaw.
I had to proof read this 5 times to ensure it is presented correctly. Apple didn't like scathing and wrote scattered instead.

So how much profit is there is an ounce of mined gold ?
In the above article this is pointed out....
"GMP research says this little company could realize $550 per ounce profit. And their mine is so promising, Barrick Gold have invested $20 million to develop it."
Makes you keep revising how many ounces it will take to make Mexus profitable and exceed the losses incurred in 2018.
Depressing for SOMEONE, not me either. I attempted to be optimistic in my $600/oz production cost. You know me, always try to put things in the best light. LOL
Given the lack of the vaunted DD that has been expended by enthusiasts, I find no sympathy. Guess that's my bad.
Realistically it’s going to take more than that to break even. The most optimistic know that production cost will be in excess of $400/ oz More like $600+ per oz which means it will require more ozs to achieve even a break even point. Looking at it from that aspect puts things in a more proper perspective. Slightly depressing wouldn’t you say ?
Something I can't grasp....every "adviser" or "consultant" has been and is a leading expert in their field of endeavor.
Thompson himself, with over 40 years of "mining experience" must be an expert in the art of mining in general and organization in particular.
So here we have thousands of hectares worth BILLIONS lying directly in path of the famous "trend line". Gold, silver, copper, minerals in abundance but still a failure to produce.
Year Ended March 31, 2018 Compared with the Year Ended March 31, 2017
We had a net loss during the year ended March 31, 2018 of $3,909,961 compared to a net loss of $3,806,697 during the same period in 2017
With gold sitting at $1342 it will take a mere 2912 oz. of Au to offset last years loss.
So wherein lies the problem(s) ? Something (nothing) rings true. "Tis a puzzlement
Stan Berk, sanctioned by the SEC or Paul Thompson, with a resume that gives one pause to wonder what makes him believe he's a miner?
TRUE facts as opposed to MAKE BELIEVE facts ?
Beware, hobby miners at work here !
The law of probability doesn't lend itself to the truth lying somewhere in between scam and noveau billionaires. Can anyone really believe the yield (if there is one) will be such that the PPS will rise exponentially ?
Parroting misleading information and PR's from Mexus is a far cry from DD or "fact finding". As you indicated, they either get it right this time or it's game over.
Roger that !
Mexus US worth billions, lying within a trend line zone.
I am still experiencing great difficulty when researching the trend line. I just can't seem to find any reference to information which was reported to be readily available. Google yields nothing....mining text books, same story. So just where is the elusive literature that was referred to ?
" Perhaps it would be of benefit to get familiar to what trend lines are? Maybe too much confusion for some on understanding how exciting it is to have those big profitable mines sharing the same trend lines with Mexus, and being adjacent to us! Yes sir, it makes for a great time reading up on this subject for some that are looking to invest."
I am eagerly waiting to become "excited". I am bending every effort to further educate myself but fall short when it comes to trend lines. Please quote a single source of the science of "trend lines".
Thank you in advance
When asked for the source of comments, the standard reply is it's based on commonly known facts and/or derived from "extensive reading on the subject". I would be interested in which treatise or article or book discusses this "trend line" which apparently runs endlessly along seams in the earth's crust.
So if I were to buy land in the vicinity of the Homestake mine....not necessarily adjacent to; I would be certain to possess the same mineral properties as Homestake ? Fascinating.
Landowners that own land immediately adjacent to rich mines all over the world must be ecstatic. Their land is in the neighborhood and therefore it must also be a valuable mining property. Yessir , mighty valuable. I once owned several acres next to a very profitable oil field. Guess I could have sold it for a fortune and would have ..... if it too had oil.
It looks as though MXSG has become the target of day traders looking for volatility.
So maybe Mexus has found its' niche after all. If someone is profiting from this debacle (other than PT & Co.) good on them.
As an ardent MXSG fan pointed out, there was gain on a bounce...and then
it resumed it's downward trek. Day traders love it.
Especially for people to celebrate the losses experienced by Mxsg shareholders.
Sharing stories of massive losses and what significance it will have on their retirement.
Sure to be a barrel of fun and laughs.
I wonder if the festivities in Reno will include a symposium where PT explains all of the technology required for today's mining. More than 40 years of mining experience and knowledge will make for a colorful 2 minute lecture for an enraptured audience of(drumroll) SYCOPHANTS.
Guess no one ever told these people about Chatham. Chatham has been making laboratory gems since the 1930's, quite successfully I might add. Google them.
Now DeBeers has entered the field and is offering synthetic diamonds.
Two competitors that are established in the field. Tough nut to rack but there is always the hope for those pearls.
I have a feeling this may be the same person who estimated the 2000-4000 ozs contained in the sludge pond last year (or the year before) Nothing changes with these people, same
"projections" different day.
I think maybe comedy central writes these scripts. Flat-east dipping trust structure ? Lol
Sounds like an opinion to me, based upon nothing factual. Please identify your source.
buying or selling a billion shares ? Scorpio go bye bye
